Dürma+ Petroleum Gauze Dressings are lightweight, conformable dressings designed for use on low-draining wounds. Impregnated with petroleum jelly, the dressings help maintain a moist wound environment to promote autolytic healing while minimizing adherence to the wound bed. They are suitable for use as primary dressings on full-thickness wounds such as donor sites, minor burns, tube sites, and non-infected wounds at stages 2, 3, and 4.
