Dürma+ L-Mesitran Tulle is a non-adhering polyethylene mesh dressing infused with a honey-based wound gel designed to support effective wound management. The dressing draws exudate away from the wound bed to maintain a balanced environment while keeping tissue hydrated. Its medical-grade honey formula offers broad-spectrum antimicrobial properties to help manage infection risk without promoting antimicrobial resistance. The dressing also helps to support autolytic debridement and reduce odor. The gel blend contains hypo-allergenic lanolin and vitamins C and E to help maintain moisture. Designed for use with a secondary dressing, it helps to minimize discomfort during dressing changes. Suitable for chronic and acute wounds, burns, ulcers, and donor sites.
