Dürma+ L-Mesitran Soft Wound Gel is a sterile, primary dressing designed to support effective wound care through a balanced, moist healing environment. Formulated with 40% medical-grade honey, hypo-allergenic lanolin, and vitamins C and E, the gel helps retain hydration and promote osmosis and autolytic debridement. The pH-balanced formula supports natural antibacterial activity and helps reduce the risk of infection. The gel is suitable for a wide range of non-draining to moderately exuding wounds, including partial- and full-thickness wounds, pressure injuries, burns, trauma wounds, abrasions, cuts, and lacerations. Best used in conjunction with a secondary dressing.
