Dürma+ Oil Emulsion Dressings are sterile, non-adherent gauze dressings evenly impregnated with an emulsion blend of petrolatum and sunflower oil. This blend helps maintain a hydrated wound bed to support healing while minimizing patient discomfort. The dressings allow exudate to flow away from the wound into a secondary dressing without adhering to granulating tissue, helping reduce the risk of skin maceration. Dürma+ Oil Emulsion Dressings are non-occlusive primary dressings intended for use on low-exuding wounds such as donor sites, lacerations, skin grafts, and abrasions. Best used beneath an absorbent secondary dressing for wound stages 2, 3, or 4.
