Dürma+ Xeroform Petrolatum Gauze Dressings are non-adherent, knitted gauze dressings impregnated with a blend of petrolatum, 3% bismuth, mineral oil, and paraffin oil. These sterile, non-occlusive dressings allow the wound to breathe while maintaining a moist environment that supports healing and helps reduce the risk of skin and tissue maceration. Designed to conform easily to both deep and shallow wounds, they are ideal for chronic, non-infected wounds with minimal drainage.
