Dürma+ DynaGinate Calcium Alginate Dressings are highly absorbent primary dressings designed to support the healing of heavily exuding wounds. Composed of calcium alginate fibers, these dressings transform into a soft, fibrous gel upon contact with wound exudate — helping to maintain a moist environment and encouraging natural debridement. The gel conforms to the wound bed without adhering to tissue during dressing changes. Ideal for managing wounds at stages 3 and 4, including in patients who are bedridden, diabetic, or managing chronic venous insufficiency.
