Job Overview:

The ERP Business Analyst will be assisting in supporting and implementing new functionality in Dynarex’s ERP Distribution software, as well as with the Company’s BI.  Will work closely with the business areas and other stakeholders to clarify requirements and seek opportunities to optimize ERP to improve business processes and support critical business strategies. Will work with users to design custom reports and screens that give the needed information in an easy-to-read format, testing the output and teaching users to use the screens & reports. 

Responsibilities will also include configuration and setup of the ERP system, as well as helping users with ERP issues and with Help Desk tickets.  This position works closely with the ERP Specialist and reports to the Director of IT & Cybersecurity.

POSITION FUNCTIONS:

• User support and training.
• System setup and configuration and data upload
• Assess gaps and missing reports in ERP & BI
• Creation of business process requirements and implementation in ERP
• Development of ERP & BI reports
• Create and run SQL scripts
• Support Inventory Advisor application
• Communicate workflow design discussions.
• Drive Projects to the finish line
• Ad Hoc projects as needed

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Degree in computer science.
• Experience with ERP software (Sage X3 is a plus)
• Experience with BI software (Sage SEI is a plus)
• Experience with SQL scripts
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
• Experience with WMS is a plus
• Must be able to work on multiple tasks.
• Distribution experience a plus
