E-commerce Marketplace Assistant
Seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, performance-driven E-commerce Marketplace Assistant to join our brand. As the E-commerce Marketplace Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the account health and case log for the company. Initially, the E-commerce Marketplace Assistant will be responsible for the product management and customer service representative for the Amazon Seller and Vendor Central accounts.
• Set up new products on Seller and Vendor Central
• Ensure each item is displayed and listed for maximum visibility and efficiency.
• Open amazon cases through vendor and seller central and seek prompt resolutions
• Maintain an active catalog of company items.
• Publish effective online content including:
product titles, descriptions, images, Keywords, Bullet Points, Promotional Content, and pricing.
• Fill out and submit NIS templates.
• Track ratings, comments, and answer questions about products.
• 1+ year experience with Amazon required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Works well in close collaboration with cross-functional teams (global and in-market).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to pivot and adjust priorities to execute business needs and projects.
• Excellent at project management and meeting deadlines.
• Analytical & data-driven mindset.
