Job Overview:

In this role, you can join our family and make a difference! Our agents are the link between the order and execution for our distributors and most importantly, acting as brand ambassadors and partners through the consumer journey.



With your teammates, serve as the first point of contact for customer/sales calls pertaining to orders and product information.

Assist in the research and troubleshoot customer requests within a timely manner. -- Perform a variety of administrative duties such as creating reports, order entry, communicating/interpreting information, follow SOP guidelines and policies.

Ensure that the order processing is accurate and handled within regulatory compliance for all companies, affiliates, and business partners.

As a team, work together to enhance procedures to continuously resolve issues, create corrective actions and ensure communication to internal and external customers.

Together with our Sales Representatives assist with information needed to close the deal and create new and long-term relationships.


What you will bring:

College Degree or related field or equivalent experience.

3-5 years order taking/sales support experience using a system in a customer care center, focusing on customer relationship management.

Experience communicating with customers on a full range of inquiries including those that are complex and non-routine.

Knowledge of Sales Force or CRM systems a plus
You are a decision maker and can recommend actions within your authorized parameters.
Ability to communicate clearly both verbal and written.
Reliability and accountability are necessary along with demonstration of core Dynarex behaviors.
Strong follow up skills for internal and external inquiries.
Strong computer skills within Microsoft Office
